This site was created to show you our photos and videos that we shoot at Nellis AFB . We also decided to
put the areas to shoot around Nellis since it's the #1 question we are asked. You can also find photos of
airshows that we annually attend and airports that we like to shoot at. All photographs and videos on
Nellisspotters.com and youtube.com/8081rt are copyrighted © 2008-2011. If you would like to use an
image or video on a site, please contact us first. Videos will no longer be embedded on the site due to the
size of my videos now. The only video embedded will be shown below and will usually be one of my recent
ones. Most if not all are in HD and can be accessed by visiting my page, here.
The video above was filmed at San Diego's Naval Air Station Coronado
during the Centennial of Naval Aviation Parade. The parade itself featured
early birds such as the B-25 and B-17 to some of the later and greater
EA-18G Growlers and V-22 Ospreys. The parade was led off by the USN
Blue Angels demonstration team. Though the team did not do a full demo, it
was still great to see them before their full air show season starts in El
Centro. At the end of the parade, a massive 35 ship fly by was made by
CVW-9 or Carrier Air Wing 9. The fly by was amazing and gave me chills
just hearing the sounds of all the aircraft at once. It was a great event to
attend and wish it was an annual air show.
